Coming Full Circle: From Innovation to Impact

Jay Cobb is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and venture builder behind a portfolio of ventures spanning technology, real estate, aviation, venture capital, and private equity.

​

He began his career in telecommunications, data centers, and managed services before founding a technology integration company focused on helping homeowners and businesses adopt smart systems, security platforms, and modern digital infrastructure. That experience led to building and operating businesses at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and real-world assets.

​

Jay later expanded into real estate, developing an investment platform focused on acquiring, developing, and managing properties across both long-term and short-term rental markets. His portfolio includes coastal vacation properties and hospitality assets, including a beachfront boutique hotel currently in the development approval process.

​

Today, Jay spends most of his time growing his real estate investments and researching exceptional private companies across emerging technology sectors, focusing mainly on AI. He is particularly interested in founders and technologies that have the potential to create meaningful long-term impact.

Beyond business, Jay is deeply committed to family, personal growth, and living with intention. He has been married to his college sweetheart for 27 years, and together they have built a life centered on integrity and shared purpose. They have two sons, ages 23 and 21, who are pursuing their own paths with determination and ambition.​
